Payment and Billing

Your subscription is billed automatically every month on the same calendar day as your original purchase date, using the payment method on file. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge that payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

No Refunds

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Customer Portal. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel at least 14 calendar days before your next renewal date.

Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before your renewal date will not stop the upcoming charge. Your subscription will renew for the next billing period as scheduled, and that payment will remain non-refundable.

Drop-In Purchases

Eligible Programs

This policy applies exclusively to eligible Elite Tek Soccer Academy programs listed on our website. Private training sessions are excluded and are not available for purchase under the drop-in policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of your subscription after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your subscription will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Agreement

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, including the Subscription Terms and the Drop-In Session Policy as applicable to your purchase.
